I have not yet heard or met anyone on their deathbed worried about a work email they forgot to send. I used to be a workaholic until I reached a level of depression that made me turn things around. If I can do it, so could you. I still work hard, but purposefully. It is time to slow down and reflect on what matters most in your life. My mantra is work, do less and accomplish more.
